Communication Terms
These terms explain operational email, optional phone and text consent, opt-out rights, and the controls FPS applies to business outreach.

Requested and operational email
When you ask for a return link, submit a Fit Check, or request service, FPS may email records and operational messages needed to respond. Those messages may include a requested link, receipt, missing-item notice, status update, security notice, or follow-up about the processing request.
Optional call and text consent
If you check the call and text box, you authorize FPS and service providers acting for FPS to call or text the number supplied about the specific processing request, including through automated dialing or messaging technology where permitted. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving a processing review or buying any service.
You represent that you control the number supplied or have authority to provide consent for it. Do not provide a number belonging to someone who has not authorized the contact.
How to revoke or opt out
You may revoke call or text consent through any reasonable method. For text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. FPS may send one non-marketing confirmation message. A request will be honored as soon as practicable and no later than the time required by applicable law. Revocation does not affect communications sent before it was processed.
Commercial email controls
Any commercial email campaign sent by or for FPS must use accurate sender and subject information, identify the message as advertising when required, include the sender's valid physical postal address, provide a functioning opt-out method, and honor opt-outs within the legally required period. Vendors sending for FPS must follow the same rules and remain subject to FPS oversight.
Business-to-business outreach
Business outreach must not misrepresent FPS, the processing program, rates, approval, network relationships, products, or the purpose of the call. FPS retains the consent, campaign, do-not-contact, and other records required for the communication method used. State laws may provide additional rights or restrictions.
Message security
Email and text are not secure channels for sensitive data. FPS will not ask you to send full card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords, or authentication codes by email or text. If a message asks for those items, do not respond and independently verify the sender.
